Apologies for unavoidable absence were received from Messrs W. Guest, A. Tear, H. Collins, M. Kershaw, & Mr Hardman reported that Mr J. Fisher was in Pinderfiels Hospital after an attack of Thrombosis.
The minutes of the last meeting were read & confirmed.
Arising from the minutes the R.H.S. ruling regarding the Banksian Medal was approved & it was agreed that for the purpose of calculating the the winner, the Needham Memorial Cup should be equivalent to £1-0-0 & 2nd & 3rd in that class should be equivalent to 15/- & 10/-, although as customary, no actual prize money be paid.

Raffle tickets were issued to members present to be sold at 3d each or 5 for 1/-.
It was agreed that Mr J. Burton should receive 2 tickets from our allocation of tickets to Chelsea Show.
A raffle for chocolates donated by Mr J. Hardman & 25 old English tulips donated by Mr J. Akers realised 17/-.
Messrs J. Ward, H. Collins, J.W.R Fox & the Secretary volunteered to prepare the room for the Annual Show, & members from the Altofts the Altofts Show.
The meeting closed at 8-30 PM & the next meeting would be held sometime in June.
