Secretary I Hewitt announced he had collected the following as special prizes
6 tea and2 tablespoons- hat-
cake knife- leather wallet-chocolate cake- calendar thermometer- Brush set
– Box of cigars- Specials given by Messrs
Drivers-2 gardening books-bulbs(10/-) – and pair of slippers given by E H Robinson.
These after a discussion were allotted to various classes.
It was agreed to fix show date May 24th
The Mayor had promised to open the show and also bring the Mayoress.
