Matter Arising — none
Correspondence The secretary read several letters from Mrs H Farrar of Reading who is doing research for the BBC about Tulips. The letters asked if the society and its members would be willing to allow a television film unit to record our next Annual Show also to film our members gardens. the matter members present agreed to invite them and the Secretary was asked to in form Mrs Farrar it to proceed.

Mr Tim Clark of ely, Cambridgeshire also asked if any of our members know the variety of Tulip called, Lincolnshire which he was under the impresstion it was a English Florist tulip
( H R Calvert provide the answer it is a Dutch tulip and is from the same stock as
Princess Margaret Rose)
Bulb Orders Several Members collected English bulbs which they had ordered for members.
Raffle Mr Laughlin donated a plant to be raffled which raised £2.40
